ORDER
Let us know the type of customization you need with the dimensions and quantity and we will send you the offer with price quote for your proposal.
We ship worldwide. You place your order via the “contact us” form or send us an email. Any VAT, customs and import duties are not included in the price.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We offer free delivery on all orders in Slovenia.
EU and other countries delivery charges:
*DPD costs vary from country to country.
Slovenian orders are estimated to take 2-3 working days. Orders going outside Slovenia but within the EU are estimated to take 5-7 working days, orders going outside the EU are estimated to take 7-10 working days for delivery.
RETURN POLICY
We provide exchange or store credit on all unused ready-made products purchased at Carbon Imperial within 14 days from delivery. Return shipping to be paid by the customer.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
PAYMENT
Custom products: 60% advance payment, 40% before the order is dispatched.
Ready-made products: 100% payment at order confirmation.
